Poster Design

The Transformica Zoo poster by far was one of my favourite assignments. We had to build new a new creature by combining two animals into one beast. I ended up creating three crossbreeds, I was having so much fun! It was interesting creating the textures and combining them into one creature. Adding shadows to the scene as if the beasts existed. I invented the name “Transformica” by combining the words “transform” and “Africa”.  I wanted to give the piece more depth, so I placed the text in the background behind the fictional animals. This poster is a composite of 8 different photos brought together to make a new fantasy world.
