PA Day Teen Art Lab: Dark & Moody Mixed Media

Service Description

Explore the dramatic side of mixed media in this one-day teen art lab. Artists ages 12–16 will experiment with layered paint, collage, ink, texture, and drawing materials to create an atmospheric piece inspired by moody colour palettes, strange stories, and expressive mark-making. This is not a copy-the-sample class—teens will learn techniques and make their own creative choices. No previous art experience is needed. All materials are included. Please dress for mess. Small-group instruction with a maximum of six artists. Monday, October 26, 2026 • 1:30–4:00 p.m. • Design Symphony home studio in Spencerville Concept image shown; colours, characters, and finished projects will vary.
