Cancellation Policy

KIDS ART CLUB POLICIES • SAFETY — Children must follow safety instructions, use tools and materials as directed, remain in designated studio areas, and treat others and their artwork respectfully. Activities may involve scissors, adhesives, paints and inks; please dress for mess. If a safety or behaviour concern cannot be resolved, the parent/guardian may be asked to pick up their child. • ARRIVAL, PICKUP & PRIVACY — Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pickup. Children are released only to the registering parent/guardian or an authorized adult. Pickup changes must be communicated directly. Please do not photograph or record other children without permission. • ILLNESS — Keep your child home if they are contagious or unable to participate safely. • MISSED CLASSES & REFUNDS — Registration reserves a place for the full six-week series. Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancelling the full registration 7 or more days before the first class qualifies for a full refund. With less than 7 days' notice, a refund is available only if the vacated six-week place can be filled. Once the course begins, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable except in exceptional circumstances at Design Symphony's discretion. If Design Symphony cancels a session, a makeup will be offered where reasonably possible; otherwise a prorated credit or refund will be provided. If the course is cancelled before it begins, fees will be refunded. This does not limit rights under applicable Ontario law. • CONSENT FORM — A separate parent consent and safety form, including emergency information and optional photo/video permission, must be completed before the first class.
